Hazing Mock Trial

I love to use the Hazing Mock Trial with my 8th grade Language Arts students.  However, as our class sizes grow to around 32 students in each class, I'm finding it more difficult to find a part for every student.  I have had a couple of students be the reporters, and I have had students create their own parts, but that seems to throw the trial too much, and now I'm running out of ideas.  Does anyone else do this unit with a large amount of students?  Is there a better mock trial Interact unit to use with more parts instead?
